Registration Fees
Registration for the competitive season is for a full year at a cost of $200. At least half of registration is due at signing with the second half due in October. There is also a $1000/team fee that will be divided by the team players due 8/1/2013.

Training Fees
Monthly training fees for the 2013-2014 season are $55 are paid for the months of July - May (no training fees during June). The first (July 2013) and lsat (May 2014) payments are due on July 1, 2013. Remaining payments are due on the first of the month August-April.

Uniforms
Teams purchase new uniforms every two years unless circumstances require otherwise. A player joining the team during the two year rotation will have to purchase new uniforms sooner. Manditory uniforms typically cost between $150-$200 not including optional items such as backpacks and warmups. Uniforms will include two jerseys, two shorts, two socks, and two practice t-shirts.

Travel
Travel requirements are dependent on the team and the coach. Teams accepted into OPL league will make more trips to Tulsa than teams playing in Frontier Country league. Teams may choose to attend one or more travel tournaments per season as well. With any travel, the players will compensate the coach for travel expenses, hotel, and meals following a calculated formula. All players are required to pay their portion of tournaments and travel unless specified otherwise.

Fundraising
Teams can choose to initiate fundraising activities and participation is optional.

Scholarships
Scholarships for registration are available on a limited basis. Those in need should complete a scholarship application and mail to the PO box before tryouts. Scholarship Application. Families will be notified if a full, partial, or no scholarship is approved.
Anyone receiving a scholarship will be expected to help with club tasks throughout the season as needs arise. Players on scholarship are still required to pay travel and tournament fees unless other arrangements (fundraising/donations) are made.

Indoor
Teams will play one or more indoor sessions during the winter break. Cost varies, but typically averages around $40-$50 per player.

|
Other
There may be other nominal fees during the season such as gym rental during cooler months for indoor practice, etc.
